We encourage our patients to have regular appointments with the practice hygienists and, children can also have one-to-one sessions with our Child Smile trained nurses. For more details ask one of the team.
Choosing the best way to pay
After your teeth have been examined and a treatment plan agreed, you will be given a printed estimate of the cost of the work needed.
Our normal procedure is to pay the estimated cost after the examination and before treatment commences. You can pay by cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Visa Electron or Solo.
We understand that sometimes you may be worried about the cost of your dental treatment or find the charges difficult to understand, don’t worry, we’re here to explain and discuss your options with you.
In an emergency
Whenever possible, please contact the practice as early as possible if you need to be seen on the same day. If treatment is necessary we will do our best to arrange an appointment within 24 hours.
Should you have a dental emergency outside the normal practice hours, please telephone 01467 623 191 which will put you in contact with the dentist on call. You may not see your usual dentist but we will aim to deal with the immediate problem. During practice hours, we endeavour to see any patient who has a dental emergency.
